FutureFit365 is committed to maintaining an open, responsive, and accountable learning and athletic development environment. This Grievance Redressal Policy provides a fair, confidential, and transparent mechanism for parents, guardians, students, schools, and partners to resolve any concerns or disputes swiftly.
This Grievance Redressal Policy outlines the principles, process, and channels through which students, parents, legal guardians, partner schools, and community members can raise concerns, disputes, or grievances related to FutureFit365 operations, training sessions, coaching staff, digital platforms, or administrative services.
Our objective is to resolve issues fairly, impartially, transparently, and in a timely manner, safeguarding the best interests and wellbeing of every child enrolled in our programs.
Our redressal process is guided by the following fundamental principles:
The safety, emotional wellbeing, physical development, and dignity of the child are our highest priorities in every inquiry and resolution.
Every grievance is evaluated objectively without bias, prejudice, or discrimination.
All information shared during the grievance procedure is handled with strict confidentiality and accessible only to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis.
FutureFit365 strictly prohibits any form of adverse action or retaliation against any student, parent, or guardian who raises a concern in good faith.
To ensure quick and orderly resolution, we provide a structured multi-tiered grievance redressal framework:
Most day-to-day operational queries, scheduling concerns, or session feedback can be resolved directly by reaching out to your designated Program Coordinator or Center Head via email or phone within 2 business days.
If the issue remains unresolved at Level 1, or if the matter involves coaching conduct, safety, policy violation, billing disputes, or child safeguarding, you can submit a formal written grievance directly to our Grievance Officer.
If you are not satisfied with the decision provided by the Grievance Officer, you may request an executive escalation to the FutureFit365 Management Committee for final deliberation.
Grievances must be submitted in writing to ensure an accurate and trackable record:
Please include student name, enrollment ID, registered parent contact number, dates/locations involved, and a clear description of the concern along with any supporting documents.
We adhere to strict service level benchmarks for all registered grievances:
Written acknowledgment with a unique Grievance Reference ID will be issued within 24 to 48 hours of receipt.
Initial assessment and fact-finding will be completed within 3 to 5 business days.
A formal written resolution and explanatory outcome will be provided within 7 to 15 business days depending on the complexity of the matter.
FutureFit365 enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of physical abuse, emotional harassment, bullying, verbal misconduct, or safety negligence. Any grievance involving child safety, POSH, or POCSO matters will trigger immediate precautionary measures, including temporary suspension of concerned staff pending thorough investigation, and statutory reporting where mandated by applicable law.
A grievance is deemed closed once the complainant confirms resolution or upon expiry of 15 calendar days following the dispatch of the formal resolution notice without further response or appeal.
If you believe the resolution was inadequate or new material facts have emerged, you may submit an appeal within 10 days of the resolution date.
We are committed to providing a safe, positive, and transparent environment for every child and family. Your concerns are handled with the highest priority and discretion.
Have a concern, query, or formal grievance regarding our programs, coaches, or services? Reach out and we will address it promptly.
